With over 10 years in restaurant management experience under his belt and had helped new store opening at World Wrapps and Nation's Burger. Graduated as Dean's lister at Colegio de San Juan De Letran with a major in Hospitality Administration Management.

Co-Founder - VP of Operation

Experienced Chef with over 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Forward-thinking leader with extensive knowledge of the restaurant management. Chef Simon earned his culinary degree at Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, California.
